1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Coating
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil (for melting)
Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
Make the dough:
In a bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, almond butter, pumpkin purée, melted coconut oil, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract.
Mix until a soft, dough-like texture forms.
