Protein Peach Cobbler Ice Cream

Creamy, gut-friendly, and packed with summer flavor — this peach cobbler ice cream tastes like dessert and fuels you like breakfast. It’s high in protein, supports digestion, and skips all the bloat-inducing fillers you’ll find in traditional ice cream. Oh, and yes, it’s made in the Ninja Creami because no one has time to churn. 🍑

Why This Recipe Works

  • Protein-packed: Cottage cheese + protein powder make it creamy and filling

  • Gut-friendly crumble: Almond + coconut flour combo with ghee = golden perfection

  • Blood sugar balance: Peaches + cinnamon + healthy fats help keep it steady

  • No bloat, all indulgence: It’s dessert you can feel good about

  • 1½ cups whole milk

  • ½ cup full-fat cottage cheese

  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
