We’re using toasty sourdough bread as the base, slathering it with garlicky tomato paste, and topping it with creamy cottage cheese and melty mozzarella. The result? A crispy, cheesy, protein-packed pizza that’s ready in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
2 tbsp tomato paste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried parsley
5 oz full-fat cottage cheese (divided between both slices)
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheeseInstructions
1. Prepare the Base
Spread tomato paste evenly over each slice of sourdough. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley for a flavor boost.
2. Add the Creamy Layer
Dollop the cottage cheese evenly between both slices, spreading gently so you keep the creamy texture without flattening it completely.
3. Top with Cheese
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over the top.
4. Air Fry to Perfection
Place the slices in an air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread edges are crisp.
5. Serve & Enjoy
Let cool for 1–2 minutes (the cheese will be hot!) and enjoy immediately.
