Coconut Mint Mojito Mocktail

This Coconut Mint Mojito Mocktail is smooth, lightly sweet, and refreshing with a hint of lime and mint. Using coconut milk gives it a creamy, tropical twist that feels indulgent while still being alcohol-free and gut-friendly.

Perfect for holiday gatherings, cozy nights in, or when you want something fun without the alcohol.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk (well shaken)

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 1–2 tsp pure maple syrup or honey (to taste)

  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Ice

  • Sparkling water (to top)

Optional garnish

  • Lime wheel

  • Fresh mint sprig

  • Toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint
    In a glass or shaker, gently muddle mint leaves with lime juice and maple syrup to release the oils (don’t over-crush).

  2. Add coconut milk
    Pour in the coconut milk and add a pinch of sea salt. Stir or shake well until creamy and combined.

  3. Serve
    Fill a glass with ice, pour the mixture over, and top with sparkling water.

  4. Garnish + enjoy
    Add a lime wheel, mint sprig, or toasted coconut flakes if desired.
